About Katharine Steffes

Katharine Steffes, LCPC, is the owner and founder of Luminous Psychotherapy. She specializes in treating anxiety and ADHD in children and adolescents and is passionate about helping children find their 'voice, strength, and resilience' in whatever life throws their way. She enjoys assisting individuals to break through their perfectionist tendencies, notions of self-doubt, self-esteem struggles, and difficulties trying new things. 

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time at the park with her husband, daughter, and Golden Retriever Tucker. Being an artist at heart, she brings her creative mindset into the therapeutic session through art and play based CBT activities.
